Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
