I was very impressed. He was compassionate and clear about the treatment. The nurse, Ms. Hagan was thorough. The NP, Ms. Katie was thorough. They all care about their patients and it's obvious. It's a blessing to find such an amazing doctor and staff!
I take my grandmother to her appointments to see Dr. Santos and just wanted to say that I think he's one of the most impressive doctors I've ever met. His demeanor is kind and professional. He thoroughly explains all test results and encourages you to ask any questions you may have. He is patient and doesn't rush during your visit.
