I was going through a divorce while looking for a home and had no idea what I was doing but Century 21 Jackson made things very comfortable for me.
My husband and I bought and sold our first home from century 21 in Watertown, WI . We bought a house on an fha loan. The previous owners left a whole bunch of trash behind, old encyclopedias, paint cans. Not only that, but they did absolutely nothing to help us in any way. We knew nothing about buying a house, and they did nothing to protect us. Such as require previous owner to remove their stuff. Century 21 is excellent and we have already recommended them to other people. They are an easy asset to the office and made our experience very smooth.
Mr. Bickel is a very arony old man who spies on his tenants. He doesn't fix anything that's broken. Be careful if you plan on renting any of his properties.
I would and frequently do highly recommend them to anyone that will listen!
They were a great help when we first moved in. After that, it was trouble. We would wait long periods before things got fixed, with no calls or anything. One contractor had to come out 5 times to repair the same thing. Our garage door NEVER got fixed. They claim $650 to paint two 11*10 bedrooms. When doing your initial inspection make sure you mark every light bulb that doesn't work, and any window that does not have a covering - because you will be paying for it when you move out.
