I was referred to Dr. Rauch by a friend who was on the HCG diet. I am a big guy who hasn't found a diet I could stick with. I decided it was time for a change and started the HCG diet at Dr. Rauch's offfice. The diet is not easy by any means, but with the support and weekly visits I have been able to lose almost 70 pounds in 10 weeks.
