I never had any sad experience visiting Dr. Rau's Office. Customers Service members are all nice, polite, kind & always willing to help their patients. I like Dr. Rau in that he may be a quiet type of doctor but he sees to it that my eyes are well examined, treated if needed and well taken care of. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs eye care & treatment.
I find that I'm with a smile on my face the whole time that I'm there. Expedient and efficient.
