They were super nice and made me feel welcome. Very safe and inviting environment. They never once tried to upsell me! Very honest and caring. Dr. Rau is very kind and i trust him with my life.
Dr Rau and his staff are fantastic! He always addresses my concerns and explains things thoroughly. If I have cavities, they usually take pictures of them and show them to me, which is really helpful! I entrust my family’s dental care to Dr Rau and his friendly staff.
I ad a fantastic experience at Dr. Rau Family Dentistry. The team was super welcoming, and the visit turned out to be a truly pleasant one. If you’re looking for a dentist that makes you feel at ease, this is the place. Also, their massaging chairs are the best!
When I moved to town, I began seeing Dr. Rau because of his convenient location. After my second visit, he did X-rays, muttered “you have a few cavities, my hygienist will show you,” and left the room. The hygienist then claimed I had ten cavities, but couldn’t even point them out in the images. The whole thing reeked of upselling.
