I recently visited Dr. Ratzlaffs office last week. I am 26 years old and getting braces! Its a little scary, I felt out of place. However, everyone in there office was WONDERFUL. They are very nice, very kind, very professional and most of all, they made me feel at ease. Any questions I had, they answered in detail. The offices alone are beautiful and extremely well kept.
