Management is always responsive and addresses any issues. Nice community of tenants.
Best landlords I have gone through. Their rent prices are completely reasonable and they provide consistent upkeep to the property. They have always communicated well in advance when big maintenance projects are scheduled to take place. Throughout COVID they have been flexible with tenants who are facing tougher times than my roommate and I.
Ratzlaf has always been honest, prompt, professional, courteous and caring. They are not extortionists and they genuinely seem to care about their tenants. I’m gutted to have to move from the beautiful property but I no longer need such a big place. I wish their maintenance tech was a bit more talented, but my overall experience with Ratzlaf leaves me homesick for them as my landlord again.
I've lived in 2 of Mr. Ratzlaf rentals for over 7 years combined. The best, nicest and honest landlord I've had. He only raised my rent once and asked if I could afford it first.
This company has been amazing to work with! I appreciate their responsiveness to our requests and the manager of our building, Jeanette, is out of this world wonderful!
