Our two step cooking process results in our tender, delicious Barbeque. We begin by slowly cooking our meats up to 24 hours. We then grill over a live mesquite fire using our signature BBQ sauce. Best BBQ West of Texas! My hubby and I wanted BBQ for our anniversary dinner. Being from the South, I have a hard time finding a decent BBQ joint. But this place was pretty good! We had the tri-tip and baby back ribs and they were both excellent--and the rolls--YUM! The waitress was also very attentive and provided great service! Our experience was great--next time you go, ask for Danielle!

Add a strawberry lemonade and garlic butter rolls! Waitresses are always friendly. This is a good, noisy, family restaurant. After about 5:30 p.m. there is usually a wait but not too long.
Great Lunch Deal The bread rolls are THE BEST! At lunch they have a Sandwich and Salad Bar... great price for a wonderful lunch. The Strawberry Lemonade to terrific also... If you stop through Santa Clarita this is a must try.

Rattlers Bar B Que is AWESOME We had Rattlers cater our wedding and we got tons of compliments on the food! Since then, we go to Rattlers anytime we are looking for some good dinner in the SCV. Great food, great value!
BBQ! Since they have moved the food is till as good as ever but there salad bar is now lacking. They no linger have the extras like potato salad, fruit, or jello and etc. All they have now is staright salad and the topppings that you would put on it and the dressings. The new place is definitely bigger and they have an actaul bar now as well.

YUMMY!!!! Rattler's ROCKS!!!! Absolutely love that place!!! It's the only place where my son will eat his entire plate of ribs and vegetables. They've got a great menu and the outside area is nice and warm with their heaters in the cool SCV evenings too.
My wedding Rattler's was a great choice for my wedding. Guests loved the food. It was different versus the old rice pilaf and chicken and it was excellent if you are on a budget. I would highly recommend their catering services.
