Our two step cooking process results in our tender, delicious Barbeque. We begin by slowly cooking our meats up to 24 hours. We then grill over a live mesquite fire using our signature BBQ sauce. YUMMY!!!! Rattler's ROCKS!!!! Absolutely love that place!!! It's the only place where my son will eat his entire plate of ribs and vegetables. They've got a great menu and the outside area is nice and warm with their heaters in the cool SCV evenings too.
Great Lunch Deal The bread rolls are THE BEST! At lunch they have a Sandwich and Salad Bar... great price for a wonderful lunch. The Strawberry Lemonade to terrific also... If you stop through Santa Clarita this is a must try.
Rattlers Take-out way better than Stone Fire We had Rattlers take-out yesterday, very good. Much better than our usual Stone Fire Grill. We had the Tri-tip, cooked to perfect (but they didn't cut it, what was up with that). The chicken was also very good. The Green Salad was fresh with tomatoes and cukes, both the ceasar and ranch dressing was tasty. And the rolls were to die for.
Excellent BarbeQue! This restaurant has the best barbeque in the area. They provide garlic rolls for nibbling on until your food is ready. The order is always right. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are happy. The barbeque sauce is to die for. They even deliver! So those days when you don't want to cook but don't want to go out you can have them send you a meal for a reasonable price. PROS: Excellent BarbeQue! CONS:
This restaurant has been in the Santa Clarita Valley forever. Excellent ribs and salads. Fun family resturant. Noisy.
Best BBQ West of Texas! My hubby and I wanted BBQ for our anniversary dinner. Being from the South, I have a hard time finding a decent BBQ joint. But this place was pretty good! We had the tri-tip and baby back ribs and they were both excellent--and the rolls--YUM! The waitress was also very attentive and provided great service! Our experience was great--next time you go, ask for Danielle!
Rattlers Bar B Que is AWESOME We had Rattlers cater our wedding and we got tons of compliments on the food! Since then, we go to Rattlers anytime we are looking for some good dinner in the SCV. Great food, great value!
My wedding Rattler's was a great choice for my wedding. Guests loved the food. It was different versus the old rice pilaf and chicken and it was excellent if you are on a budget. I would highly recommend their catering services.
Great Casual BBQ Very Good Food - I recommend the ribs, the tri-tip and the chicken! And good sides - corn on the cob, huge baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, baked beans or their excellent salad bar. Be sure to check out their specials - I was their two days ago & the 2 specials were: Prime Rib, 1 side , & all-you-can -eat salad bar for $12 or All-you can eat of the Baby-back ribs & the same for the salad bar for $15.
