My experience at Ratner was beyond awful. Save your time and go somewhere else. I waited over 6 weeks to get an appointment for my 4 month old baby. I showed up on time, with an alert happy baby. Almost immediately, I was brought into a room, and then proceeded to wait for over 90 minutes to be seen. At 1 hour I said something, at which point a student resident came in and I asked to see the doctor.
