Dr.Ratnayake is A Wonderful Doctor. She listens and knows What’s the best care, for Every Patient. I enjoyed My Visit. Until She decided to stop taking Medicare & Medicaid. Which was A lie. Better service elsewhere.
This place over books appointments with ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO SIT. Kind of defeat the pain management concept!! There's LITERALLY two seats with 5 people standing!! IN-SANE!!
Dr. Ratnayake spends a very limited time at the Palm Desert location and I had to wait over a week for someone to finally call me back to schedule an appt. However, once I met the doctor, she did not rush me at all, listened to my history and asked lots of very thorough questions. She seemed to be very caring. I have not yet decided whether I want to have more injections given they haven’t provided any positives in other areas of my spine as yet. As a 20 year combat veteran, United States Marine Corps, I would not recommend this place for my dog to get any pain management. Not only was the doctor late by more than two hours. The office visit only lasted not more than 10 minutes max. I received a bill one year later in the amount of $336. I made multiple calls and asked what the bill was for. I’ve called 4 times over the last month. Received only 2 voicemails - when I unfortunately was away from my phone. I’m sure she is an amazing doctor. It seems impossible to speak to a human at the office about making an appointment. Very disappointing
