Steer clear.. dangerously ignorant of common medical issues
Dr. Zampani is a very professional person. I can't say that about many health care individuals. She listens, asks great questions to get an accurate diagnosis. She was very caring and helpful to me. Her office is run like a well oiled machine. I respect that. Everyone was very cordial and helpful on the phone and in person. Smiling at someone should not be an important criteria for dr.s.
Dr. Zampani is not a pleasant person, as she rarely smiles. This lack is even felt by her staff. When the patient is finally making strides, instead of an acknowledgement, she continues on to your next fault. Much is to be gained for a true smile, little heartfelt understanding, support and kudos, no matter how large or small.
