I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dr. Ratna conducted medical malpractice. I informed Dr. Ratna that I will not be receiving any vaccines. After being informed by multiple doctors/nurses and Dr. Ratna that not receiving a vaccine was okay, I was forced a vaccine and was told it was "just part of my blood work." Dr. Ratna should have known that I am LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED to have those certain vaccines especially while enrolled at UF. Dr Acharya is amazing with our special needs daughter. Always goes the extra mile to help her feel secure and is always very timely on returning needed paperwork. I would highly recommend her and her staff!

Study her picture. If she comes into the room... Run away! She might be able to run a gas station but communication with a medical patient is not her expertise. She will not listen to or investigate past medical history that pertains to current situations and caused us great delays, accompanied by inaccurate information that even the uneducated knows to be wrong. She won't be allowed back in my room and I hope she can adopt a better understanding of the English language as well as patient care.
