After suffering with dry skin for majority of my life, I booked in a skin consultation with Esmeralda after being referred by a friend, and lucky I did! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience and educated me through the entire process. The Melrose Place store is absolutely beautiful as well! I will be continuing to see Esmeralda for monthly facials, as well as using Rationale in my day to day life. Could not recommend the team as well as the products highly enough!

My experience at Rationale is always a pleasant one. Esmeralda is so knowledgeable about the product and her attention to detail can not be unnoticed. I feel like she cares about me and the goal to achieve better skin. She asks questions to determine what will work the best to improve my current skin condition. Her facials are relaxing and she is gentle. The staff there are super sweet and welcoming. The environment is welcoming and clean. I will be going back to see Esmeralda once a month, she is fantastic.
