First time visit (previous dentist retired after 22 years of seeing him) and was most pleased. Dr. Copeland was thorough and discussed all options. The staff members are also wonderful. I highly recommend the office.

I think my appointment went very well. I especially liked Shelby, she was gentle & friendly. I liked the numbing gel as opposed to needles, I hate needles - always have. Dr. Copeland was friendly & answered all my questions. Overall, a good experience.

Everybody in the office is so open and friendly without cutting even a smidgen in quality of service. I'm a pretty "tough cookie" and prefer omitting numbing if I don't have to have it. Still, Dr. C is very cautious, checking to be sure he's not hurting me. (Naw, he wasn't!). I like his attitude, too... not overly-infatuated with himself (at all), though quite knowledgeable in a variety of areas outside of "toothwrighting."
