The owner at ratcliffes is awful. I bought the wrong book for a class. Took it back the very next day WITH my receipt. He only took half back. Like seriously, they freakin give half back at the end of the semester WITHOUT the receipt. Ridiculous. Stingy old man.
Bought a lab notebook, got home & it had been written in. Tried to return it on Monday with my receipt & only gave me half back. Said they only give full refunds the first week of class when they sold me a notebook that had already been written in. Also said that the return policy should be on my receipt & it was not.
