They are really great at taking care of any problem around the house
After 7yrs of living with Family/Friends due to unfortunate circumstances. I am so blessed to be Leasing through Ratchford Properties LLC. They really do go above and beyond what any other Landlord / property owner would. They are always quick to reply and be available for any maintenance issues or concerns you may have. If you want your security deposit, you are not going to get it with this place. I want to start off by saying, I have never left a positive or negative review of any establishment, business, or product, ever. If you would have asked me to rate my experience renting from Ratchford Properties a few months ago, I would have gave it a very good and fair rating. I have enjoyed renting with this company for a couple years now. Whenever we need a repair or issue with something they are quick to handle it the best they can. They have a website that is also easy to use.
