I manage an office building off of Spicewood Springs Road and they were beginning to have a foul odor that was coming from the ceiling it turned out the smell was a dead rat. Ugh! We have a current pest control company currently remediating I wrote a issue but I’d like to think these guys for coming out on the same day very prompt with their service and very upfront.

Top notch service, special thanks to Jeff for getting our project done in the timeframe needed. they worked their magic on my building and the building next-door. the problem was minimal they say, but I just can’t stand Rats they are super annoying not to mention unsanitary. i’m just unbelievably happy to say, these guys were able to alleviate The problem. They are my heroes!

About a month ago we had a serious sporadic water leak INSIDE our kitchen wall. Once the wall was opened the repairman found rodent droppings and the water line had been chewed by a rat. we had the leak and water damage repaired next we called Rat Removal to rid us of the rats.

Not your typical review you want to write about but I feel we need to spread the word. We unfortunately had rats which is pretty common here in Austin Texas. We recently moved here from California (don’t hate). My son was hearing noises above his bed and couldn’t sleep. We initially thought it was the trees rubbing or possibly an animal on the roof. This company is absolutely outstanding. We have been dealing with rodents ourselves for years and decided to throw in the towel. We knew we had to call in the professionals and contacted these guys. They went above and beyond to ensure us we were in good hands. Our technician Richard was unbelievably knowledgeable. We of course hired them and have been extremely satisfied with the results. I could officially say we are rodent free! We cannot thank y’all enough.
