I have been going to Rassenfoss Family Dentistry now for several years. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and great people to work with. I used to hate and dread going to a dentist but Dr. Rassenfoss has turned a distasteful situation to one that I no longer dread at all.
I broke a tooth and during the initial first step in preparing the tooth for the crown which will be installed today, I experienced pain well past the first two applications of numbing medication. This usually does not happen to me and I indicated that it was uncomfortable. Dr. Rassenfoss was very alert, accomodating, and sensitive to my needs and took steps to get just the right amount added to successfully numb me so the procedure could continue. Excellent service as always.
I went to see Dr. Rassenfoss today for the first time. My dentist of over 30 years retired in March. It was the best experience! Logan, my hygienist, was terrific. It was a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Dr. Rassenfoss and her team explained everything before they did it.
Totally prepared for the new COVID-19 procedures. Very seamless no contact required. They take your temperature once they are ready for you in your car. And then open all doors for you and take you direct to the exam room. New procedures as well. Sarah is the best.
We love Dr. Rassenfoss! She has a great bedside manner, and only promotes procedures that you really need. We won't go to anyone else for our dental treatments.
We are new patients. Everyone at Dr. Rassenfoss’ office is caring and friendly. For the first time in their life, my 12 and 14 had nothing but great things to say about their experience going to the dentist! They loved Logan. Sarah was terrific with me. We all love Dr. Rassenfoss. With the current restrictions, they ensured the safety and comfort of their patients. We appreciate all that you did.
Friendly staff and excellent service. The hygienist kept me informed on everything he was doing during the cleaning. Dr. Rassenfoss answered all of my questions without rushing which was very much appreciated.
