This office staff is just horrible. They are abrupt and rude. I can only imagine this come from the top. This doctor has a poor bed side manner. I have never been treated so badly before. I asked for my records to be sent to another doctor because of the poor behavior I received from them. I was told to have the new doctor request my recordswith a special request form which he did. 3 weeks later my new doctor still has not received my records.
