I was a patient of Dr Rasouli. I strongly do not recommend. Several weeks waits for every tests review. She yelled at her staff. Very unprofessional. If you had lots of money and your heart problem would not bother you, you could choose her. There are so many great doctors out there. She is the worst doctor I had ever seen. Run!
I was able to get an appointment quickly and once at the office there was minimal wait time. Her staff followed up after each round of testing perscribed for me. Dr. Rasouli was very professional, caring, and asked many questions to get the full scope of my issues and actually pointed out an issue I wasn't even aware of.
Dr. Rasouli wasn't on my insurance when my company changed plans, so I paid out of network to keep seeing her. Now she is back on my plan upcoming with UHC starting in January and I am so happy. She is very thorough and compassionate. She tells it to you straight for staying healthy and doing what is best for your heart. I've been going to her for about 4 years and she is one of the kindest doctors around. I am super grateful for her care and the day-to-day focus on preventative medicine for my health.
She’s very willing to spend time with you and your spouse explaining what is going on with your heart, and what procedures are necessary and what life style changes need to occur to have a long, healthy, productive life. In my case I wish I had met with the doctor before my heart attack as she could have identified my issues well before I had any problems. She is good and gets to the point and shows you what is going on and tells you what the next in the plan. We came up with a 30 year plan.
Dr. Margaret Rasouli is a great cardiologist who cares about her patients. She is very professional, thorough with examinations, explains things clearly and answers all of my questions. My blood Cholesterol levels had been abnormally high for a long time, and she was the first doctor to sort out the medication to control my blood cholesterol since I am sensitive to most statins. I've been seeing Dr. Rasouli for about 4 years now. She is a great and caring doctor who takes the time to explain things to you clearly. I never feel rushed. But, if you feel rushed...think of it this way, she may not be concerned that there is something wrong with you, so she'll check you out and follow up with you a few months later. :) I mean come on...that's a good thing. Dr.Rasouli has gone over and above to help me. She’s an amazing patient advocate and I wouldn’t want anyone else as my Dr. I came to her because of my high blood pressure but a year later I have fluid on my heart. She’s treating me, as well as, helping to find out the underlying cause of this issue. She’s helping my heart but also doing so much more.
