For the price, this is a very fantastic place to live. Small family owned complex, beautiful hardwood floors, great scenery, 5 minutes to Downtown, and included large storage units in the basement of the building. Lots of parking, community garden, and respectful neighbors. If you can manage to snag a place here, I recommend it!
Well taken care of by management, beautiful vintage details in apartments, fast responses to issues, and generally a great place to live.
