My HOA hired this company about 10 + times over the course of five going on 6 years. The amount of money that my HOA has paid THIS company to try to come and fix this leak I'm not sure but they keep invoicing for a problem they haven't fixed. My neighbor has been successful in getting someone up in her attic on the same floor!!!However this company refuses to get up there to fix it. They have only attempted to fix from the outside. I wouldn't pay this company a dime with their lazy work.
Lack of communication for sure! I contacted this company in March paid 1/2 down. Waited 4 months. Now they don't want to do a small deck . Which is about 6'x6' if that. No steps or railings. Trampled my flowers and broke some of the Japanese maple. Never said anything. Never told us when they were leaving or coming back. Just over a year ago we had an illness in our family. Ya’ll came out, talked to one of the homeowners about the home, and what needed work. The individual here discussed the condition of family’s illness with the contractor, other homeowner wasn’t physically fit to leave the house at that time. The worker, he understood and shared a personal story allowing compassion and thought. We now have lost that person shortly later. The office scheduled an appointment for an estimator, yet forgot to inform him. I rescheduled for the next day and Bob arrived. Now it is a week later and I am still waiting on the estimate.
