Poor treatment of employees, overtime is mandatory for all employees regardless of how long the shift, questionable business practices, boss has a short temper, and poor conflict resolution skills. For clarification, the poor treatment that I know of is for salt workers, mechanics, and landscapers, I am sure that the office workers are treated differently.
