This guy is... The visit notes utterly, materially outright lied about everything I stated in my visit. Now I understand why he were so easy to get in to see at urgent care—because he's terrible at his job and nobody wants to see him. This doctors medical license should be revoked. He withholds life changing medical information from patients. He lies and does not have proper medical knowledge to give diagnosis or make decisions on how to help a patient medically. He withheld information from a scan that was done even after being asked repeated times. Action will be take for medical malpractice. Do risk your health & life by going this this doctor.
