Amber was great, she helped me be seen with the Dr within hours! Dr. Marchand was amazing. She helped me with my concerns and then after we talked about my skin concerns. She explained everything throughly and thoughtfully. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back!
My daughter had her first appointment today and Dr. Marchand was wonderful. She was very informative, thorough and kind. This is our first time seeing a dermatologist and we couldn't be happier with her office (which by the way is beautiful)

Dr. Marchand was absolutely wonderful and took so much time to answer my many questions. She broke a skin care routine down for me step by step in a completely manageable way. If you are looking for an outstanding dermatologist in Dallas, I could not recommend this office to you more. Dr. Marchand is a game changer.
I had a great experience at Rash Dermatology. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The doctor had an excellent bedside manner and really took her time with me. I never felt rushed, and she thoroughly explained what was going on and answered my questions. The office itself is warm, cozy, and inviting, which made the experience even better. I've been to more dermatologists than I'd like to admit, and Dr. Marchand at Rash Decisions is hands down my favorite. She's one of those people who makes you think, "Yep... she really knows her stuff." She was incredibly thorough, took her time, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed.
