The owner owns several furbabies of different sizes and age and has always taken care of everyone of them. The owner of Rascals will never ever harm anyones furbaby. She has groomed our sons furbaby and takes caution to make sure no animal gets harmed. I watched the video numerous times and canNOT see or tell where the animal was hit. You can see the furbaby move towards the edge and was moved back away from the edge to keep it from falling or slipping off. Disgusted by the video showing the owner smacking a dog in the face with clippers. You should be shut down and prosecuted for animal abuse!
RASCALS the best been taking my rat terrier and late poopom for over 10 years. They have always been gentle and loving with my pooches and I never felt cheated or taken advantage off. Always nice atmosphere. Thank you for being #1 groomers to my loves. God bless you.
