I've been taking Charlie to Rascals for nearly 3 years. he had a very bad experience prior to going there and the wonderful staff at Rascals calmed his fears, he's actually happy to get groomed now. Wendy is the best! Charlie looks and smells great! the prices are very reasonable too. I will never take Charlie elsewhere...if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
I recently moved from Altamonte to Deltona, we love our previous groomer but she is in downtown Orlando. But let me tell you this place went over my expectations, prices are within what I use to pay and service is great. This will definitely be our new grooming place.
I love this place! I have 4 Mal-Shis that I rotate. They are wonderful with my pets. Here’s a picture of my dog Spot!! They do a fantastic job!!

I would just like to say that Loretta is nothing short of amazing between her customer service p)rices and talent. i have a 12 yr old shih tzu i have been taking there since 2007. She always goes above and beyond for me. gets me an appointment everytime i call. do to two little kids she even went above and beyond to come to the car to get my dog so we didnt have to stress getting two little kids out of the car and a dog. if there were more than 5 stars to give i would
