The salesperson was very professional and arrived on time. I agreed to the price and the crew arrived bright and early on the day we scheduled to do the job. They worked all day until around 8pm replacing the unit and the old ducts and vents. When they finished I went in the attic and I was amazed by how great the attic looked; I didn’t know a/c ductwork was supposed to look like that! I have used the heating and A/C service of RAS- Residential A/C Services. They also checked my furnace. I would definitely hire RAS Services again.

They did great work. They came when they were supposed to do the job. My husband had no problems with them. The price was reasonable. They were fine. They did not keep us waiting even if they have to order some parts. They were here on time and we have no compains.

The provider came and examined the A/C unit. He was able to determine the cause quickly and it was a fast 10 minute fix. He recommends that I have maintenance on the unit as well. During that part, he was able to determine that the capacitor needed to be changed. It was over 5 years old and the capacitor would be expected to fail sometime soon in the future.

RAS was very responsive, did an excellent job. Had us up and running in a short time. Very profession would definitely use them again. If you need something done now and done right, this is the company I would recommend that you contact!!

Juan arrived at the scheduled time, and in a very professional manner inspected the AC units. He did the required seasonal maintenance. The units had no major issues, but I wanted to buy the service contract so that I can have preferred scheduling if I need a quick repair, and I wanted the spring AC check done before the warm weather sets in. I had complete confidence in Juan, and will not hesitate to use this company again.
