Arrived on time even with a snow storm this morning. Removed old washing machine and installed new one in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company today! I’m sorry to hear other people did not. The delivery coordinator at the call center was so nice and professional. The gentlemen who delivered and set up my new washer were friendly, extremely efficient, and professional. The entire team at RAS Pittsburgh turned the negative experience of having my washer break into a positive experience. Thank you all! I haven't even gotten my items yet! No concern for any LOGISTICS but their own. Awful. Terrible. You'd be faster and less frustrated bringing your own stuff home on the back of a bicycle.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Why does Home Depot use them? Unprofessional. Delayed delivery for 2 months. Didn’t install the appliances. Hung up on me and ignored my calls. 0 stars

My stove should have been delivered between 12-4pm today. They call me at 3:37 and tell me the guys were having truck problems and they are gonna be 2 hours late. Well it's been 2 hours as of now and no phone call and no one is here. So unprofessional. I can bet I won't get the stove tonight! I missed a half a days work for absolutely nothing!
