I’ve been renting with Rarebird for over two years now, and they’ve been amazing since day one. When I moved here from out of state, I signed my first lease sight unseen. Once I arrived, I realized I hadn’t picked the right spot, but Rarebird stepped up and had me in a great apartment by the end of the day. We got scammed out of a housing lease because of this company’s negligence. They don’t take proper security measures to protect their properties, so anyone can easily gain access and scam prospective tenants.
It's been 2 years of smooth sailing and I just signed for a third.
