Initially had a good experience with Rarebird but unfortunately they've changed my opinion in the last few months. At first, they were nice and communicative, but then they decided to do work on the building in order to list it for sale. During the last few months, they failed to notify residents several times about work happening on the premises. I’ve been renting with Rarebird for over two years now, and they’ve been amazing since day one. When I moved here from out of state, I signed my first lease sight unseen. Once I arrived, I realized I hadn’t picked the right spot, but Rarebird stepped up and had me in a great apartment by the end of the day. We got scammed out of a housing lease because of this company’s negligence. They don’t take proper security measures to protect their properties, so anyone can easily gain access and scam prospective tenants.
It's been 2 years of smooth sailing and I just signed for a third.
