Staff and owner not professional or friendly. Stylists late for appointments. Sink does work and they have to wash/rinse out hair with gallons of water. (and THIS is the salon that appeared in Essence Magazine??) In the middle of doing a clients hair, owner left to get a smoothie, another stylist had to take over "her" client. They do not inform new customers or remind old customers they do not sell hair at salon, and wait for you to show up to refer you to KMOMO up the street.
