The worst the close at 7pm i call at 2:30 to ask if they do walk-ins and the receptionist tells me that they do depending on availability of stylist. When I asked her if I can come in to get my daughter's haircut, she then turn around and told me that all stylists are gone for the day even though they're open until 7 PM and then she tells me that their last client for stylists, is at 5 PM, and they're all leaving at that time, so there's nobody available to cut hair the worst.! Shae has been my stylist for almost 15 years and never have I been disappointed. She listens to your preferences and offers suggestions at the same time. Shae is sweet, personable and a delight every time I see her.

Shae is awesome! The first time I saw her I was in distress from a very bad haircut someone else had given me and she worked with what I had and completely fixed me! I’ve gone to her ever since and she is so lovely, funny, personable, down to earth and extremely talented. She is able to work with my natural curls and shorter hair style (not always an easy combo) and every time I leave her chair, I feel like a million bucks. Rare Byrd just gets it! After a disastrous experience at another salon, I was running back here to fix the mess. Annie’s expertise and artistry as a master stylist and salon owner are truly unparalleled. What had me in tears last week was turned into a complete masterpiece with her careful precision and skill.
