RecommendedRare Bird was awesome. Can’t wait to go back.
Very disappointed, classic hamburger was so small a sheet of paper might be a better size. 1/4 advertised but it sure .1 pounds of meat was on the hamburger. Diet Coke was so watered down I thought I was drinking colored water. Fries were just ok. Staff was nice. Won’t visit again so many better options in Traverse city

RecommendedKid-friendly breweries and pubs are something we thought were a myth until we came to Rare Bird Brewpub. The food is surprisingly amazing and the staff is super nice despite the pandemic.
Service has turned into cafe counter service. If you have 8 food items, you get to carry them back to your table two at a time. No help, no trays. You will wait 45 minutes for cheese curds. We get it, COVID has changed things but waiting 45 minutes for bar food is a bit long. Our food was mediocre, a change from what it used to be, sadly. Beer is still good though! We’ll come back and try again in 6 months.
