This place is pathetic! Totally non compliant with legitimate issues. Very sketchy with public relations. Ridiculous procrastination when it comes to solving issues! Even when one's personal health an well being is at risk. Absolutely ridiculous unfair AND plum SHADY with towing policies. Seems actually criminal and unfair and ulterior motives when they WRONGFULLY Towed my trailer! Costing me over a half grand ($500)! And a loss of wages by the time I retrieved my trailer. This complex is awful!! They MIGHT actually respond to your maintenance request or they might simply mark it as complete without even coming to your apartment. We have had holes in our roof leaking into the attic and into the bedroom for over a month with CONSTANT calls and reminders and new requests submitted to remind them and nothing has been done to actually solve the issue. Rare apartments constantly changes their management team leaving the new team to pick up the pieces the prior team left. Even with the constant change of management the problems dont seem to go away. Lived in the apartments for a year and it was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with management. From pest problems to constant leaks coming from the ceiling and at one time from the bathroom.
