Actually really love this spot but they advertise being open till 7:30pm on Fridays but don't allow you to enter if its past 7:20pm which honestly, I get. My only issue is I saw the OPEN sign and thought they were still open and parked and got down and everything. If they had the closed sign up I could've saved myself like 10 minutes from trying to find parking and getting down and going to the door only to find it locked. Get my eyebrows done here every month though so I do give stars for that.

They can get full in a blink of an eye, but they are very kind and they try very hard to be gentle. I go with my three girls regularly, and I have not found another place in Downey I trust.

This place gave me a very disturbing experience, getting my eyebrows done. First young woman had a very heavy hand and cut the edges of my eye brows right off. I like them thin and she left them so thick in the middle. One eye brow was even way bigger than the other. When she told me to check I asked to have the other woman complete my eyebrows due to her errors.
