Dropped in with my brother who is a member for a Saturday partner class. Simon (one of the owners) was very welcoming and introduced me to the class. The instructor gave a good brief of the WOD and asked if I needed help with any of the movements. WOD was good fun and then hit the sauna afterwards. Would recommended!
Fantastic gym with a welcoming and inclusive community. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts can be scaled to suit all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or experienced, it’s a great place to train, learn, and feel part of a team
