I'm going to go against the grain here and highly recommend this place. I got a squat stand with spotter arms and the build quality cannot be beat. They were also really helpful with questions and issues over email, and took a return on an item with no questions asked and without any bogus restocking fee. It's also a bit ridiculous to penalize this business for being "slow" when A - there's a pandemic and B - because they make everything to order. Sure the website could use some work but that's it. Responsive customer service and high quality stuff. I was having issues tracking my shipment and their office manager called the shipping company and fixed the issue right away. They do have long wait times but they sell high demand stuff in the middle of a pandemic. Can’t fault them there. They make up for it with helpful staff and high quality products. Would use again.

My husband got his order today. We were blown away with the quality. The customer service I received when tracking my order was out standing. Not sure where these one star reviews are coming from but there were no issues with my process whatsoever.

Do not order from this vendor!! Ordered plates/bar in November after they showed as in-stock. Was initially quoted a delivery of 1st week of December and then had that pushed back consistently. Finally cancelled order in early February as I was able to source similar equipment at a local store that had inventory on hand for immediate pickup. Was told I would receive a refund but no refund has been issued as of this time - having to pursue resolution with credit card provider instead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
