Recommendedwonderful people and caring doctor's and staff !
Dr. Trible is a great doctor, however the office staff is ridiculous. My husband and I have tried to contact them 8 times for a simple prior authorization and no one will contact us or take care of it, and one employee even had the nerve to say she took care of it and we are STILL waiting. Hard to put your trust in a practice that doesn't look after its patients or do it's job.
Great doctor worst follow up from his office nurse. I was diagnosed with barrettes esophagus at the moment pre cancer if treated correctly should stay that way. Office nurse wont call my insurance for pre authorized meds. Insurance wont pay for meds until she calls. I have left messages with her office. Still no luck.
the nurse practitioner is awesome and the only one who listened and tried.. so for her this absolutely does not apply...but for the rest of them....From day one they never took my condition seriously. The receptionist is rude and uncaring and a bit smart at the mouth.I also got the run around for quite some time before finding out Dr.Curtis left......... we will see how my next appointment goes this week. The last time I walked out of that office i was told "I am so sorry". Thats not very helpful doctor.

Saw Dr. Curtiss today--very impressed--he took his time and answered all of my questions.
Best service and care around. Got in early for my procedure and everything/everyone was perfect. Dr. Smith explained the procedure before and the results afterwards. Could not have had a much better experience, treatment, or care. Great doctor.
