I would absolutely not recommend Tulsa Women’s Health Care or Dr. Rapp based on my experience. My OB during my pregnancy was Dr. Black. I had a healthy pregnancy overall. My blood pressure was not elevated until my final appointment, which was two days past my due date. At that point, I was sent for an induction with another provider from the practice because my doctor was not on call. Dr. Rapp was highly recommended by my previous OB who no longer delivers. He is friendly and personable and very efficient. Not impressed when it comes to calling the office, sometimes the phone rings for over a minute and it took them a few months to get me properly set up to access the portal. But other than that, a great experience. Update, I had a complicated, high risk pregnancy and Dr. Rapp was phenomenal. He listened and showed care and expertise in every step.
