During my initial call the receptionist told me that they were booked out until October, she told me they would verify my insurance and call me back. They called me back within ten minutes and had verified my insurance and said that could me in the next day since I was in pain and they had a cancellation. Was in Dr. Rapp’s office today for a root canal. His staff is extremely sweet as he was. He walked me through step-by-step. Everything he was going to do although this was my third root canal. It had been many years since I had one, he immediately put me at ease.. Absolutely no pain.! Answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

I was a little apprehensive about a front tooth root canal but Dr Rapp’s prep for it was amazing. I never felt any shots and I did not feel any of the root canal procedure. I was informed at the beginning what was going to take place and at every step of the procedure Dr Rapp told me what he was preparing to do. He answered my questions and I felt so at ease thru the whole process. He kept asking me if I was doing ok. Once finished and the numbness went away, I had no pain at all. My experience with Edmund Rapp DDS was a most definite positive one, he is the most conscientious, empathetic, caring, compassionate person In this line of work EVER encountered! I cannot say enough positive descriptive adjectives for this man's work! Need I say that I would recommend him highly?!

I live three hours from this office but was referred to them by my dentist and was told by billing at my dentist's office that this office would accept my insurance. I called and made an appointment and was told by Dr. Rapp's office that I would hear back when they had okayed my insurance. I didn't receive this call so a few days before the procedure I called to make sure everything was good to go, and they assured me that it was. Pricing and insurance weren't discussed during my visit so I just assumed it was taken care of.... read more

I had Dr Rapp for my root canal. He is very good. Very good with the shots too. He is very informative and I highly recommend him !

He has done three root canals for me in the last several years. He has saved one tooth that another dentist did a root canal on who missed an extra nerve, because he did not look carefully enough, Usually the tooth involve has only two nerves, but my tooth had three. The other dentist had an assembly line, where he went from room to room seeing many different patients, Dr. Rapp has only one patient at a time and he gives that patient his full attention.

Dr. Rapp is outstanding! My husband had a reaction to the pain medication prescribed by his dentist and Dr. Rapp waited until his office was closed for the medication to get out of my husband's system to do the surgery. He could have rescheduled but stayed after hours because he knew my husband was in pain and it needed to be done as soon as possible. My husband is an RN and said Dr. Rapp's care and concern was incredible! The staff was mediocre.
