We have been staying at Rapids for 5 years now! The first time is when we got engaged there, then we had our wedding reception there. And this weekend was our 5 year anniversary. Always wonderful! We will stay here for many years to come.
I have been going to Grand Lake yearly for over 30 years and always stop to eat in the restaurant. Great food and atmosphere on the river. This year in August, stayed 4 nights in one of the condo's. Condo was warm and homey. Had a spectacular time. I will be back again next year. This place is number 1 on my list.
My wife and I could have spent the entire afternoon sitting under the umbrella listening to the water rush by. We are from New Mexico and running water is scarce where we come from. Good food, excellent service, but this is all about the location. A must place to visit. A little hard to find even with a GPS. We will investigate a return and staying right there, on the water of course.
We stay and eat here every time we come to Grand Lake! The restaurant is AMAZING and the customer service is on point. They make you feel like family and keep us coming back several times a year.
