Rapids Honda is the best! Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple of months...not sure if I was going to buy new or pre owned. I had been to a few other dealers...they were just so pushy. This was not the case here! I purchased a used vehicle from rapids honda and was not at all impressed with their sales staff or Management staff. I took me at least 3 hours of negotiations with them when I purchased the vehicle. In addition I requested that a number of items that were not working correctly to be fixed. They tried to have me drive the vehicle home but told then I would come back after all items were fixed. When I came in to pick up the vehicle they did not have everything repaired. I was hoping for better. With a new dealership opening in this market just 7 weeks ago, I was hoping for better. I had a good impression of the internet pricing people - Amanda and Sheila. Aaron, my salesperson was great. However, when it came time for the final paperwork, it wasn't the deal we had agreed upon. Katie (sales manager) was deceptive and when confronted was dishonest.
