I would have given 0 stars if it allowed! Moved into a home that was dirty and in need of multiple repairs. Said it was fixed before we moved in. Old nasty carpet, broken blinds throughout the entire house. Broken refrigerator, bad A/C units costing $1000 a month in electric bill, a broken water pipe in the back yard cost $400 in water a month, holes in walls and mismatched paint if any at all.
