I need to contact someone about my lease with you guys. no one seems to be picking up and they keep ignoring my messages on the portal.
Have been a renter now for over a year, very responsive to repair requests, will answer messages over the weekend. Office staff is very kind and helpful, when we are ready to purchase we will look to use them to purchase. Highly recommend.
This company is absolutely awful, avoid renting from them at all costs, any issues with the home are likely to go unresolved, we had palm trees falling over in our yard and filling the pool, the palms being THE ONE REAPONSIBILTY of their company as far as landscaping goes, and when the time comes to get your security deposit back be prepared to start contacting lawyers as letting them know that was the only way to get mine back, anytime you need to get ahold of them other than to pay the rent I was flat out ignored, im not o... read more
