I came to this location to renew my registration and paid for a service that was not completed correctly. An error was made with the mileage on my vehicle, which can negatively affect its resale value. When I brought this to their attention, I was told to simply drive it an additional 10,000 miles to match what was entered on the registration. This is not an acceptable solution.
