I have never been treated so unprofessionaly in my life. I asked for food and water an never received any over the few days I was there. The nurses acted like I was no one. I cried in pain for hours. I would press the call button an it would be 30min to an hour before someone came in. They made me feel like I wasn't important enough for there time. I have severe health problems more like life threatening. I gave the nurses a list of my up to date medications and she still didn't give me the proper medications as I was consis... read more
No test, no scans or bloodwork. Gave a diagnosis with absolutely not one test done. Basically googled symptoms and was sent home to suffer. Went to carbonate next day only to have them admit cause of severe dehydration.
My ER visit at Rapides Regional Medical Center Emergency Department was excellent. I was treated kindly and efficiently. My medical needs were met in a timely manner. I could not have asked for better care. I want to thank the staff for everything they did that night.
