If you use this wash pray that the attendant does not make a mistake and leave your rear wiper sticking out just to be broken when your car goes through. The "manager" will give you a number to call and promise that they will take care of it but you will NEVER receive a return call and will left to pay for the damages yourself.
Left scratches on my vehicle, but also, the employees did not put a sleeve over my rear wiper, so the rear wiper blade was ripped off. Contacted them, and they said there are warnings on the kiosk about possible damage, and that sleeves were in stock and being used - maybe their employees should follow protocol to protect vehicles by actually using the sleeves.
This is the BEST car wash! I drive out of my way just to go to Rapid Wash every few days. I drive a lot for work and the guys work hard to get all the bugs off my car. They're fast and friendly! Plus, the free vaccuums are awesome! Most car washes are $12 plus, but the basic $7 wash does an awesome job at this car wash!
Wonderful customer service! Our vehicle was still dirty after the 1st wash. The employee alowed us back threw giving us the best package possible for free! We will be going back!

Ordinarily I love this car wash. We've been going since it was built. Sadly, it feels like the quality is going downhill, culminating in the disaster of a wash I got a few days ago. I barely got any of the prewash, and wash a hot three feet.behind the car in front. I should have to go to a car was to fix a car wash.
Best car wash around! The vacuum's work great and the people are super nice too!
