Frustrating when one lane is closed and no signs are posted. Then the machine won't accept their own gift cards. Disappointed.
I have always loved this car wash. They did a great pre-wash that for my black vehicle clean and prevented scratches. I have noticed that in the last 6 months that barely happens. When I pay $12 for a wash I want it clean. Well, guess I will try the new car wash in town.
I love this car wash! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they don’t have any signs posted so inconsiderate people will take up the vacuum bays to fully detail their vehicle and nobody can use the vacuums. This has happened more than once and it’s super frustrating. I want to keep giving them my business but I make the drive out there for the car wash AND the vacuums.
I had very good experiences at rapid wash. Today is Mother's Day and I came out to get my car washed. One of the service stalls is out of order and only one employee working. I'd like to compliment this young man, he is working his rear off, taking the time to do the bug spray and getting both sides very soaped up, and all with a smile on his face. Please compliment this man and give him a raise. Thank you again love the service. Kim
This is a nice place ... But they need to take care of the wip things .. Don't follow a very muddy truck or car the residue stays on those wipe things and transmits them to your car .. Just like the commercial .. Need to update there personnel as well .. Take pride in your job .. There are people out there that don't have one
Shout out to Ben for always doing a great job pre-washing my car. It was about 15 degrees today so I tried to give him a generous tip and he refused because he’s “not allowed to accept tips”. That shows a lot of integrity, Ben. Your parents should be proud. ��
