They assured me that he and his team would look over everything and let me know what needed to be done. He worked with the company who had originally replaced my transmission and then fixed everything so quickly that I was able to pick up my van that evening! When does that happen?? I was amazed and impressed. Now my van drives smooth! YAY!!
Had my transmission overhauled and, other than a bit of a delay, everything worked out great. Communication with the customer (as to what exactly is going on) could be improved, but they know what their doing and I trust their opinions
When I lived in the area, I brought my civic here to get checked out. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg, but I was surprised to when I saw the bill. $150 less than what another transmissions shop had quoted me for! Awesome! I've since moved from San Diego, but I wanted to write a review for Rapid Transmissions because I thought they were professional and provided excellent customer service.
Rapid transmission saved me! I got my transmission serviced out of state and less than 24 hours later, on the way home, it blew again! I looked for a shop who was Automatic Transimission Rebuilding Association (ATRA) certified and found Rapid Transmission. I had my van towed to them.
Worked diligently with me to get my 4x4 1972 classic Chevy Blazer back on the road to meet both my budget and my satisfaction and gave me a 1 year warranty on top of that. Couldn't be happier.
